Here is a quick step-by-step guide on how our proxy shopping service works.
Step 1
Using the contact form on this website, please provide the following information:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your shipping address*
- A list of item(s) that you are requesting
It is important that the list contains links to the items on the UK store, size and colour choices (including colour codes if applicable)
Step 2
Upon receipt of your email, we will contact you with the amount that you must deposit** before the order is placed along with payment details
Step 3
Once the deposit has been paid your order will be placed
Step 4
When the order is received, it will be repackaged, tags and/or invoices removed (unless requested otherwise), and we will contact you again with the total cost of shipping via EMS to wherever you are in the world
Step 5
Once the shipping cost is paid, your order will be shipped within 24 hours (next business day) and the tracking number will be emailed to you.
